The costume includes a top white long sleeves and collar and an attached dark blue velvet vest with large silver Fleur De Lies design and silver trimming. The top also features two attached blue velvet flowing sleeves that are open. Also includes is a black hat with turned up brim on one side and attached white feather, as well as a pair of black gloves, black boot covers and thick black moustache and goatee.
