This horrifying costume features a black and red empire-style sheer dress with a black silk underlay, jagged hemline, and a black satin sash to tie around your waist. On the front of the dress is a small hole and peering through is an evil baby face, with a pale blue eye and a missing other. To give yourself the pregnant body, there is an included poly-filled stuffed belly that you stuff underneath the dress.
