This star quality costume includes a red waistcoat style jacket with an attached high waist gold cummerbund in the front and printed gold detailing along front and lapels. Along the shoulders are black 3D attached epaulettes with gold trim incorporated into the high neck black collar with printed stars. Along the front is also a faux black chain that drapes over the cummerbund. A pair of black and white pinstripe loose fitting pants with attached black boot tops with elastic straps for under their shoes and to complete the character is a black top hat with a red satin band and a firm top to help keep its shape.
