This clown costume includes a white striped silk like fabric dress with short sleeve puffed sleeves and a ragged layered skirt. There is red edging along neckline; sleeves and waistline, along the front bodice are three red pom poms. Costume also includes a pair of short white gloves with white lace and red edging along wrist, a pair of knee high cream and white striped socks and a pair of white frilly boot tops with a small bow on the front. Grab a balloon to hold as you make your way through the crowd or to really creepy the other party goers, stand to the side and follow someone as they walk by with your eyes.
